About listing
The process of creating a new listing on UpWoof usually takes approximately an hour to complete. You will need to have detailed company information on hand, for example your company's banking information and tax IDs. Upon submitting the new listing information a member of the UpWoof team will review and approve the information provided. The approval process typically takes no longer than 2 business days, but it may take longer if the supplied information is incomplete or inaccurate. You will be unable to commence business operations on the UpWoof platform until your listing is approved.

Listing your company on UpWoof is free, and you do not need to start receiving reservations immediately after listing. You can start using the platform at your own pace. UpWoof is a "pay as you go" service. If you're not actively using the platform to manage your listing's reservations you won't be charged anything. The new listing wizard


In order to create a new listing in UpWoof you will first need to create a free UpWoof account or sign in to an existing account. When you have successfully signed in to your account click the Add a Listing button to launch the new listing wizard.

Clicking the Add a Listing button will bring you to the start page of the new listing wizard. As the start page suggests, the more detail you add about your listing the more you will stand out to potential customers. Any information you supply as part of the initial listing creation process can be changed by you at a later date. Click the Get Started button to begin adding information about your listing.

Step 1 of the new listing wizard asks you to provide some basic information about your listing such as the listing name, phone number, email address etc. Fields with an asterisk next to them are required. When you have filled out this information click the Next Step button to continue to step 2 of the wizard.

Step 2 of the new listing wizard asks you to provide some more detailed information about your listing such as a long description and any terms and conditions that apply to customers using your services. When you've filled out the information on this page click the Next Step button to continue to step 3 of the wizard.

Step 3 of the new listing wizard asks you to provide the information necessary to send and receive payments via Stripe our financial services infrastructure. The first section of step 3 allows you to supply the bank account information where you will receive payment for your services.

The exact bank account information Stripe requires to function correctly depends on the country in which you are doing business. US companies must supply a routing number in addition to the account number. Countries that support International Bank Account Numbers (IBAN) should enter the full IBAN in the account field. If your country does not support IBAN, enter only your account number without any additional identifiers.

The second section of step 3 allows you to supply your company's billing address. This defaults to the address you supplied in step 1 of the new listing wizard. If you need to update this you can use the address search function to lookup the required address; alternatively check the enter address manually checkbox if you want to make manual adjustments to the address. Continue to the final section of step 3 (tax info) when you're satisfied your billing address is correct.

The third and final section of step 3 allows you to supply your company's identifiers for tax purposes. These identifiers vary depending on the country in which you are doing business. It is common to only supply one or two of these identifiers (as opposed to all three). These fields are not required to create your listing, however if you leave them blank you may need to fill them out later in order to commence receiving payments on UpWoof.

When you've completed the three sections of step 3 click the Next Step button to continue to step 4 of the new listing wizard.

Step 4 of the new listing wizard asks you to provide information about the type, quantity and price of accommodation you have at your listing. When you've completed adding your accommodation click the Next Step button to continue to step 5 of the new listing wizard.

Step 5 of the new listing wizard asks you to optionally upload your listing's logo and any photos of your listing you want to provide in order to showcase it. When you've completed adding your photos click the Next Step button to continue to step 6 of the new listing wizard.

Step 6 of the new listing wizard asks you to provide information about your listing's opening hours as well as times of the day you permit drop offs and pickups. When you've completed adding your opening hours click the Next Step button to continue to step 7 of the new listing wizard.

Step 7 of the new listing wizard is the final summary step. It gives you the chance to review all the information you've provided and to make any necessary final changes. If you have changes to make click the back link located at the bottom of the screen to return to the wizard step you want to modify. When you're satisfied that all the information you've provided is complete click the Create Listing button to finalize listing creation.

Congratulations! You have created your UpWoof listing. An UpWoof team member will now review your listing. This process should take no longer than 2 business days. You will be notified via email when your listing is approved. Thank you for adding your listing to UpWoof, and welcome to the platform!
