Most customers begin using UpWoof because they want to find and reserve a pet hotel in their area. This discovery process begins with a search from the UpWoof home page.
Home page search
To search for a listing you must provide the general location in which you are looking for a pet hotel. To further refine the search results you can also provide checkin and check-out dates, as well as the number and animal type of guests that will be staying. When you have entered this information click the search button to continue.
Search results
On the search results page you will see a selection of listings which are found near the location you provided. You can change the location you have searched for by clicking the change link next to the provided location. You can also adjust other search criteria such as check-in and checkout dates, and the number of guests. When you have updated the search criteria, click the search button to refresh the search results to reflect your changes.
When you have found a listing you like the look of, click that listing search result to visit the listing's public profile page. On the public profile page you can view detailed information about the listing, and make your reservation if you wish to do so.
