Messaging with customers

Your listing's reservations
UpWoof has a platform messaging service that allows you to communicate with customers about their reservations. To start a new conversation with a customer navigate to the conversations page using the dropdown menu.

From the conversations page click the new message button to begin creating the message you will be sending.

On the new message page enter the email addresses of the recipients of the message. You can send the message to any valid email address. Separate multiple email addresses with a comma. UpWoof customers will automatically appear via an autocomplete search if you type part of their name. This eliminates the need to lookup their email address.

In the same fashion as regular email you will need to fill out the subject and body of the message prior to sending it. Click the send message button when you're ready to send your message.

Once your message is sent you will be directed to the conversations page for the conversation you have just started.

You can continue the conversation using the message text area at the bottom of the page.
