If you have multiple people working at your listing you can invite them to join your team on UpWoof.
Team members are managed via the team members page for your listing. The team members page for your listing is found on the listing's management dashboard. See "The listing management dashboard" for details on how to access your listing's management dashboard.

Inviting a new team member
To invite a new team member to your listing click the Invite Team Member button on the aforementioned team members page.

Fill in the email address of the person you want to invite and click the Send Invitation button.
New invitations
Once the invitation is sent you should see it appear in the New Invitations section of the team members page. An email has also been sent to the team member with instructions on joining your listing's team on UpWoof.

In the invitation email, the new team member clicks the Accept Invitation button which opens UpWoof.com in their browser. If they do not yet have an UpWoof account they will need to create one. If they already have an UpWoof account but are not yet signed in they will need to sign in to continue.

Once the new team member has successfully signed in or signed up they should arrive on the invitation accepted page notifying them that they are now part of your listing's team on UpWoof and can now participate in the management of the listing.

You will notice that the team member has now moved from the New Invitations section to the Team Members section of your team members page.

Removing a team member
To remove a team member click the remove link next to the team member you wish to remove. Click OK in the dialog that appears to confirm you want to proceed with removing the team member.

Note that a listing must always have at least one team member to manage it. For this reason you will see it is not possible to remove yourself from a listing's team. You must ask one of your team members to remove you from the listing if you are leaving the company.
Invitation expiry
For security reasons, invitations to join your listing in UpWoof expire after 14 days. If the person you have invited has not accepted the invitation via the email sent to them before the expiry they will not be able to join your listing. You will need to send a new invitation in order for them to be able to join.
